Dear Friends,
I am sure, like me, you have been totally heartbroken over the images of the terrible earthquake in Haiti and the devastation and desperation it has caused there. Girls these people are living in our time – this is our watch and I thank God that we partner with an incredible organisation called Compassion.
Compassion have over 64,000 children sponsored in Haiti, and more than 220 church based projects on the island. They have been working into Haiti for since 1968 , therefore they are well positioned to get aid to places that need it the most. We encourage you to help Compassion help Haiti.
I’m asking you to consider what you can do to help raise finds as an Urban Angel for Haiti and partner with Compassion. People will ask where is God in such horrific circumstances, and the reality it he is in the hundreds of volunteers helping over there, he is in the relief workers, the aid suppliers and in you and I doing what we can where we are,, to help make a difference.
